Dr. Joseph C. Schabacker has been elected as a new member of the Board of Marine Corps Support Foundation. Dr. Schabacker retired as a Colonel in the US Marine Corps. Reserves after 33 years of service. He holds a Ph.D. degree from University of California a retired as Professor Emeritus from Arizona State University.
