Care packages

One of the main tasks of the Marine Corps Support Foundation is to send supplies to our deployed marines. Supporting the marines with care packages brings everyday essentials to them. Our support also brings smiles to their faces when receiving something from home. At present, no system exists for the military to receive and distribute the care packages sent from our country. Thus, we feel responsible for keeping our marines in good spirits. We appreciate and welcome generous support from many American businesses, volunteers and citizens.

We do not send care packages to each marine. Instead, we send the packages to marine units. We believe this is a more effective way of distributing packages because it allows us to deliver the packages with precision while serving a greater percent of the marines. Also, we know that our marines share their care packages which affirms a more equitable distribution. We know what they need today and tomorrow. And our goal is to establish regular supplies to each unit deployed to a war zone.

There are several ways you can help. By becoming one of our volunteer or program coordinators in your area or donating funds to help us operate a program. You will make all the difference in the world on how we support our military in the future. If you want to become part of our organization, please contact us as soon as possible for your assignment. We look forward to your involvement. As an official certifying organization for President’s Volunteer Service Award, we strive and honor for our volunteers to receive this award.

Marine Corps Support Foundation is taking all necessary measures to secure our marines and their family members from displaying names and addresses on our web-site as well as to protect our data bases and personnel. We encourage you to visit our OPSEC and Antiterrorism Guide pages.

If you decide to send an individual package to your marine by yourself, please browse our web-site which is full of details and helpful information.
